Electrodeless Conductivity Measurement
Zullig Smart Sensors
The Züllig Conductivity Probe, model LF-S-25 is an inductive (electrodeless) sensor. Two torroids (transmitter and receiver) are inductively linked together through the measured medium. Since there is no direct contact with the measured medium, problems such as fouling, coating, etc. are eliminated. The temperature of the medium is also measured.
The LF-S-25 is designed for continuous operation in a variety of harsh process streams that might foul conventional conductivity probes. The electrodeless design of Züllig's probe is Swiss-engineered for durability and resistance to fouling, making it ideal for dirty or aggressive environments. A built-in pre-amplifier enables cable lengths of up to 108 ft (33 m).
